You can easily modify or cancel your booking through your confirmation email, by calling us at +31 (0)6 14 95 13 33, or by emailing info@fourseasonstours.nl. Cancellation policies apply based on notice given.
For airport pickups, your driver will wait at the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. If you select Meet & Greet service, your driver will meet you directly at the arrivals gate after baggage claim.
Simply call your driver directly using the contact number provided in your confirmation email and SMS. We understand delays happen—just keep us informed and we'll adjust accordingly at no extra charge within reasonable limits.
For airport pickups, we offer 60 minutes complimentary waiting time from your flight's actual landing time. For other locations, we provide 15 minutes of free waiting time. Additional waiting time may incur a small fee.
Yes! We provide complimentary child seats, booster seats, and can accommodate special requests such as wheelchair-accessible vehicles or extra luggage space. Please mention your needs when booking to ensure availability.
